Business proposal
The distributor's cash flow organized in eight weeks
1Context
The distributor has grown over the last two years, but cash is always tight at the end of the month and nobody can say with confidence how much is left. As you put it, purchases today are decided by looking at the bank balance.
2Solution
We organize accounts payable and receivable, separate the company's money from the partners' and build a cash flow forecast for the next 90 days. At the end, your finance person keeps the forecast up to date without depending on us.
3Deliverables
- Assessment of the last six months of accounts, presented in a meeting
- Revised chart of accounts and bank reconciliation up to date
- 90-day cash flow forecast spreadsheet
- Four fortnightly follow-up meetings with the partners
- Training for the person in charge of finance to keep the forecast
4Investment
R$ 9,600 for the project, in three monthly installments of R$ 3,200. Fixed fee: no overtime is charged within this scope.
5Timeline
Eight weeks from the first meeting, with the assessment delivered by the end of week two.
6Next step
Shall we book 30 minutes with both partners to plan the start? I am free next Tuesday or Wednesday at 9 am.
