For bilateral, regional and local chambers of commerce

The trade mission happens once a year. The online round, every month.

Run online business rounds under your chamber's brand. Brazilian companies and companies from the partner country meet one to one on video calls, in the language the chamber chooses, and every participant sees the times in their own time zone.

A no-strings conversation. If it does not make sense for your chamber, we will tell you.

You know this scene.

  • The trade mission took months to prepare, and half of the interested companies could not travel.
  • A member asks when the next chance to meet buyers from the other country will be, and the answer is next year.
  • The foreign company wants to meet Brazilian suppliers, but it will not cross the ocean for an exploratory conversation.
  • The webinar had a good audience, and nobody left it with a meeting booked.

Both sides are interested. What is missing is an affordable, frequent format to turn that interest into business conversations.

The problem and the opportunity

The problem

Bringing companies from two countries together is expensive and rare.

Missions, trade shows abroad and delegation visits work, but they require travel, budget and months of preparation. That is why they happen a few times a year, and only for those who can go.

Between missions, the chamber offers content: webinars, newsletters, talks. They inform, but they do not put a buyer from one country face to face with a supplier from the other.

The first conversation between two companies from different countries does not need a plane ticket. It needs someone to make the right introduction.

The opportunity

A round between both bases, with nobody traveling.

In an online round, each participant meets other companies, one at a time, on a timed video call, right in the browser. Pairs form live, by affinity between what each company offers and looks for.

The chamber chooses the event's official language (Portuguese, English or Spanish), and the whole platform exists in all three. Each participant sees the times in their own time zone, and companies from abroad take part without a Brazilian company ID (CNPJ).

For local and regional chambers, the format is the same as rounds for business associations: members doing business with each other, under the chamber's brand.

The in-person mission remains the big meeting. The online round prepares the mission and keeps the conversations going afterwards.

How it works

Five steps, and four of them belong to the platform.

  1. 1

    You create the round

Date, duration and capacity. The round carries your name and your brand: it is your event, not ours.

  2. 2

    Invite companies from both countries

A registration link you can publish on your website, send on WhatsApp or add to the email you already send.

  3. 3

    The platform makes the pairs

By business fit, or at random, as you prefer. Nobody repeats a conversation while there is someone new to meet.

  4. 4

On the day, you just watch

The video calls happen inside the platform, timed, with automatic rotation. You follow attendance and connections in real time, or not even that, if you schedule an automatic start.

  5. 5

    Contact details are shared

Only when both sides mark interest. The contact list of the people you invited does not become anyone's mailing list.

What the chamber gains

Three gains, and the third shows up on the next mission.

01 · Frequency

Opportunities every month, not once a year

An online round costs a fraction of a mission and does not depend on travel. The chamber can offer business conversations with the other country all year round.

02 · Reach

Those who could not travel can now take part

Small companies, companies far from the capitals or with a full schedule meet the other country from their own office. And foreign companies meet Brazilian suppliers without leaving home.

03 · Better-prepared missions

The trip with the conversations already started

Whoever has already talked in an online round arrives at the mission knowing whom they want to meet. The round report shows the mutual connections, also as a PDF.

The objection everyone raises

“What if it goes wrong in front of the people I invited?”

It is the right question. You are putting your reputation on the line, not ours. That is why two things stay in your hands.

The Sandbox. A training environment separate from production, included in every organizer plan. You build the whole round, simulate it with test participants and train your team as many times as you want, without spending your quota and without anything reaching the people you invited. Happy with it? Publish to production in one click.

Opening seats to subscribers. Your round does not depend only on the people you invited. If your list brings 12 companies and you want 25, you can open the remaining seats to platform subscribers at no extra cost. The call is yours and it stands until the day before: keep the round closed, with your guests only, or fill it with business owners from outside.

First steps

Start with one sector and one country.

Pick a small slice (a sector where both countries complement each other and 20 to 30 companies) and run the first round in the Sandbox, without inviting anyone, until the team feels confident. Then just open registration.

Questions from chambers of commerce

What people usually ask before deciding.

How much of my team's time will this take?

Creating the round takes a few minutes. The real work is inviting people, and that is usually one email and a few WhatsApp messages. On the day of the event you do not need anyone running it: the platform makes the pairs, keeps time and handles the rotation. If you want, schedule an automatic start and you do not even need to log in.

Will people want to take part?

The ones looking for new customers will, and they are usually the majority. In a first round, expect a small share of those invited, not the whole member base. Start with the people you have the closest relationship with and use the first round as proof for the next ones.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. Everything happens in the browser, with nothing to install and no link to copy and paste. There is a full overview of the organizer features if you want detail. Participants come in, test their camera and microphone, and the platform takes them to each meeting at the right time.

What if only a few people show up?

You can open the remaining seats to platform subscribers at no extra cost, so the people you invited also talk to business owners from outside your list. It is your choice, and you can switch it on and off until the day before. If the number of attendees is odd, the rotation spreads the break among everyone and nobody is left out.

Can I test before inviting people?

Yes, and it is the part that reassures first-time organizers the most. The Sandbox is an environment separate from production where you simulate the whole round with test participants, train your team and fine-tune the setup. It does not use your event quota and nothing reaches the people you invited.

How does payment work, and can I cancel?

Monthly or six-month subscription, with no lock-in and no penalty. You cancel from your own account whenever you want and keep access until the end of the period already paid. Prices and terms are on the plans and pricing page.

In what language does the round take place?

In the one the chamber chooses as the event's official language: Portuguese, English or Spanish. The whole platform exists in all three languages. The conversation between companies is theirs, in whatever language they agree on; the platform does not provide simultaneous translation.

What about the time zone of participants abroad?

Each participant sees the round's times in their own time zone, on the event page and in the notices. For countries with a large time difference, early morning or late afternoon in Brazil works best.

Does a company outside Brazil need a CNPJ?

No. The chamber invites companies through the registration link or the participant spreadsheet, and companies from abroad take part normally. The CNPJ is only requested for the free first round in the platform's open rounds.

Next step

Twenty minutes to see if it makes sense for your chamber.

A video call. We show you a round in action, you build a test one with your chamber's brand in the Sandbox and decide afterwards, with no card and no sign-up.
