Members who close deals do not cancel their membership.
Discounts, courses and year-end parties help, but members judge the association by what it brings to their company's bottom line. Organize online business rounds under your organization's brand and have members talk to each other, one at a time, about what one sells and the other needs.
A no-strings conversation. If it does not make sense for your association, we will tell you.

You know this scene.
- At renewal time, a member asks what the association did for them last year, and the answer turns into a list of discounts.
- The business breakfast is packed, and people who already know each other talk to the people they already know.
- The in-person business round worked, but it took a venue, tables, staff and months of preparation, and it cannot be repeated every month.
- The board asks for numbers that show business generated, and all you have is the attendance list.
Effort is not what is missing. What is missing is a way to turn the member base into business conversations on a regular basis, and to show that they happened.
The problem and the opportunity
The problem
A benefit members do not use keeps nobody.
When the association's value comes down to discounts and partnerships, members compare the fee with what they save. And when cash gets tight, the membership fee is among the first expenses on the list of cuts.
In-person events help, but they have limits: they depend on dates, venues and travel, and the members who most need new clients are often the ones who can least leave the company in the middle of the week.
The decision not to renew does not happen on the day the invoice arrives. It builds up over the year, in every month in which the association did not show up in the company's results.
The opportunity
Your member base is already a network. It just needs to talk.
The association brings together companies in the same region that buy, sell and look for partners. Many have never talked to each other, and the association is the one thing they all have in common.
An online business round turns that into meetings. Each participant talks to other members, one at a time, on a timed video call, in pairs suggested by how well their businesses fit. Nobody travels and nobody exchanges links.
Your team does not become an event organizer: it creates the round in minutes, invites the members through the channels it already uses, and the platform runs the rest.
Business done between members is the benefit no other organization in town can copy, and the strongest argument for your next membership campaign.
How it works
Five steps, and four of them are the platform's.
- 1
You create the round
Date, duration and capacity. The round carries your name and your brand: it is your event, not ours.
- 2
Invite your members
A registration link you can publish on your website, send on WhatsApp or add to the email you already send.
- 3
The platform makes the pairs
By business fit, or at random, as you prefer. Nobody repeats a conversation while there is someone new to meet.
- 4
On the day, you just watch
The video calls happen inside the platform, timed, with automatic rotation. You follow attendance and connections in real time, or not even that, if you schedule an automatic start.
- 5
Contact details are shared
Only when both sides mark interest. The contact list of the people you invited does not become anyone's mailing list.
What the association gains
Three gains, and the third one reaches the board.
A concrete reason to renew
A member who met a client or a supplier at an association round starts to see the fee as an investment, not as a cost.
An invitation for companies that are not members yet
The round is yours, and you invite whoever you want. It can be the way in for local companies to get to know the association by talking to those who already take part.
Numbers to take to the board
At the end, the organizer report shows attendance and the connections made, also as a PDF. To compare with other formats, there is the cost per meeting calculator.
The objection everyone raises
“What if it goes wrong in front of the people I invited?”
It is the right question. You are putting your reputation on the line, not ours. That is why two things stay in your hands.
The Sandbox. A training environment separate from production, included in every organizer plan. You build the whole round, simulate it with test participants and train your team as many times as you want, without spending your quota and without anything reaching the people you invited. Happy with it? Publish to production in one click.
Opening seats to subscribers. Your round does not depend only on the people you invited. If your list brings 12 companies and you want 25, you can open the remaining seats to platform subscribers at no extra cost. The call is yours and it stands until the day before: keep the round closed, with your guests only, or fill it with business owners from outside.
Pioneering
A frequent online business agenda is still rare among associations.
When business rounds happen, they are usually in-person events with a lot of preparation and few editions a year. An online agenda, every month or every quarter, is still a differentiator in most cities. It is an advantage that does not last long, because good formats spread quickly among neighboring organizations.
Organizer plans
Choose by the size of your member base.
Do the math with an example membership fee of R$150 a month: each member is worth R$1,800 a year. If the rounds keep 2 members who were about to cancel, the R$247 monthly plan has paid for itself.

Questions from associations
What people usually ask before deciding.
How much of my team's time will this take?
Creating the round takes a few minutes. The real work is inviting people, and that is usually one email and a few WhatsApp messages. On the day of the event you do not need anyone running it: the platform makes the pairs, keeps time and handles the rotation. If you want, schedule an automatic start and you do not even need to log in.
Will our members want to take part?
Those who sell to other companies, yes, and in a business association there are usually many of them. In the first round it is normal for 10% to 20% of those invited to attend. Start with a sector group or with your most active members and use the first round as proof for the next ones.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Everything happens in the browser, with nothing to install and no link to copy and paste. There is a full overview of the organizer features if you want detail. Participants come in, test their camera and microphone, and the platform takes them to each meeting at the right time.
What if only a few people show up?
You can open the remaining seats to platform subscribers at no extra cost, so the people you invited also talk to business owners from outside your list. It is your choice, and you can switch it on and off until the day before. If the number of attendees is odd, the rotation spreads the break among everyone and nobody is left out.
Can I test before inviting people?
Yes, and it is the part that reassures first-time organizers the most. The Sandbox is an environment separate from production where you simulate the whole round with test participants, train your team and fine-tune the setup. It does not use your event quota and nothing reaches the people you invited.
How does payment work, and can I cancel?
Monthly or six-month subscription, with no lock-in and no penalty. You cancel from your own account whenever you want and keep access until the end of the period already paid. Prices and terms are on the plans and pricing page.
We already hold in-person business rounds. Does this replace them?
It does not have to. The online round fits between in-person editions, at a much lower cost and with much less preparation, and it reaches members who cannot leave their company. You can use both: the in-person round for the big meeting of the year, and the online one to keep the business agenda going in between.
Do members pay to take part?
The round belongs to the association, and those it invites register through its link. For each company, the first round is courtesy of the platform, with just an active CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID). How the following rounds work depends on the format the association chooses, and we show that in the 20-minute conversation.
Does the association get its own page?
Yes, through the Partner Program: your organization's page on the platform, with the rounds you organize, and a promotion kit ready for newsletters, social media and WhatsApp.
And between rounds, how do we keep members active?
With the Association Plan, the organization offers each member the platform's Member plan, with the Business Radar, and follows the base's activity on a dashboard with aggregated figures, without seeing anyone's content.
