Clients don't leave an accountant who brings them clients.
You solve problems your client never knew they had, and still they only remember you when the tax slip arrives or when they ask for a discount. Run an online business round under your firm's brand and be remembered for the deal they closed, not for the amount on the invoice.
A no-strings conversation. If it does not make sense for your firm, we will tell you.

You know this scene.
- The client calls in December. Not to thank you for a year without fines, but to say they found a firm that does it for less.
- Brazil's tax reform increased your workload, your study and your responsibility. Your fee stayed the same, and the client still thinks it is expensive.
- You try to explain everything you do for them, and they reply that the other firm “does the same thing”.
- The firm grows through referrals, and referrals do not arrive on a schedule.
None of this is a lack of competence. It is the client not seeing the value of what you deliver. And value they do not see keeps no one.
The problem and the opportunity
The problem
You are competing in the one place where you always lose.
As long as your relationship with the client is invoices and tax slips, they will compare you on price. And there will always be someone charging less, whether it is the firm around the corner or an online accounting service priced like a streaming subscription.
Technical arguments do not change that. They do not know what an ECF (Brazil's annual corporate tax return) is, did not see the fine you avoided and will not value a filing delivered on time, because to them that is the bare minimum.
The decision to switch firms does not happen in December. It builds up over the year, in every month in which you only showed up to collect.
The opportunity
You are the only one who knows all these companies.
Your portfolio is a set of companies that need suppliers, partners and new customers. They have that in common, they have you in common, and they do not know each other.
A business round turns that into meetings. Each participant talks to every other one, one at a time, on a timed video call. Nobody travels, nobody swaps links, nobody organizes anything.
You do not become an event organizer: you set up the round in minutes, invite whoever you want and the platform runs the rest. In a few hours, your whole portfolio has met.
New revenue is the one thing the cheaper competitor cannot copy. The next time the client thinks about switching firms, they will remember where that contract came from.
How it works
Five steps, and four of them are the platform's.
- 1
You create the round
Date, duration and capacity. The round carries your name and your brand: it is your event, not ours.
- 2
You invite your clients
A registration link you can publish on your website, send on WhatsApp or add to the email you already send.
- 3
The platform makes the pairs
By business fit, or at random, as you prefer. Nobody repeats a conversation while there is someone new to meet.
- 4
On the day, you just watch
The video calls happen inside the platform, timed, with automatic rotation. You follow attendance and connections in real time, or not even that, if you schedule an automatic start.
- 5
Contact details are shared
Only when both sides mark interest. The contact list of the people you invited does not become anyone's mailing list.
What the firm gains
Three things, and almost nobody notices the third.
No more losing clients over a R$ 100 difference
A client who closed a deal in a round you organized thinks twice before switching firms over fees.
Stop competing on price in every proposal
When you compete for a new account, you have a line no competitor in your city has. It stops being a price proposal and becomes a value proposal.
New clients without relying only on referrals
Every organizer plan includes participations in the platform's open rounds, with business owners you do not know yet.
The objection everyone raises
“What if it goes wrong in front of the people I invited?”
It is the right question. You are putting your reputation on the line, not ours. That is why two things stay in your hands.
The Sandbox. A training environment separate from production, included in every organizer plan. You build the whole round, simulate it with test participants and train your team as many times as you want, without spending your quota and without anything reaching the people you invited. Happy with it? Publish to production in one click.
Opening seats to subscribers. Your round does not depend only on the people you invited. If your list brings 12 companies and you want 25, you can open the remaining seats to platform subscribers at no extra cost. The call is yours and it stands until the day before: keep the round closed, with your guests only, or fill it with business owners from outside.
Pioneering
Business rounds for a client portfolio are still rare.
You would be one of the first accounting firms in Brazil to do this. It is an advantage that does not last: in six months, business rounds for client portfolios will be a common pitch in your city. Right now they are not.
Organizer plans
Choose by the size of your portfolio.
Do the math. A client paying a fee of R$800 a month is worth R$9,600 a year. If one round keeps a single client from leaving, that pays for the R$247 plan for more than three years.

Questions accountants ask
What people ask before deciding.
How much of my team's time will this take?
Creating the round takes a few minutes. The real work is inviting people, and that is usually one email and a few WhatsApp messages. On the day of the event you do not need anyone running it: the platform makes the pairs, keeps time and handles the rotation. If you want, schedule an automatic start and you do not even need to log in.
Will my clients want to take part?
The ones looking for new customers will, and they are usually the majority of a small business portfolio. In a first round it is normal for 10% to 20% of those invited to show up. Start with the clients you have the closest relationship with and use the first round as proof for the next ones.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Everything happens in the browser, with nothing to install and no link to copy and paste. There is a full overview of the organizer features if you want detail. Participants come in, test their camera and microphone, and the platform takes them to each meeting at the right time.
What if only a few people show up?
You can open the remaining seats to platform subscribers at no extra cost, so the people you invited also talk to business owners from outside your list. It is your choice, and you can switch it on and off until the day before. If the number of attendees is odd, the rotation spreads the break among everyone and nobody is left out.
Can I test before inviting my clients?
Yes, and it is the part that reassures first-time organizers the most. The Sandbox is an environment separate from production where you simulate the whole round with test participants, train your team and fine-tune the setup. It does not use your event quota and nothing reaches your portfolio.
How does payment work, and can I cancel?
Monthly or six-month subscription, with no lock-in and no penalty. You cancel from your own account whenever you want and keep access until the end of the period already paid. Prices and terms are on the plans and pricing page.
Can another accountant join my round and approach my clients?
Only if you open it. The round starts closed, with only the people you invited. Opening the remaining seats to platform subscribers is an option you switch on if you want, and you can switch it off until the day before. With the round open, a subscriber does talk to your clients during the rotation. What they do not get is their contact details: contact details are only shared when both sides mark interest. If that worries you, keep the round closed.
This is not accounting work. Does it make sense for my firm?
It is not accounting work, it is relationship, which is where the competition for clients really happens. A firm that only delivers mandatory filings competes on price, because everyone delivers mandatory filings. What sets you apart is what the client cannot buy cheaper around the corner.
