What the diagnostic measures

Four dimensions of how your company wins customers. Together, they make up your score and your profile.

01

Where customers come from

How much the company depends on referrals and how many acquisition channels really work.

02

Prospecting frequency

Whether there is a routine of new conversations or prospecting only happens when the calendar empties out.

03

Preparation

A 60-second pitch, clarity about the ideal customer and material ready to send.

04

Follow-up

How quickly and how regularly contacts are followed up after the conversation.

Why take a networking diagnostic

Most small and midsize companies that sell to other companies grow through referrals. It is a great start, but referrals are not a channel: they depend on someone remembering you, and you control neither when nor how many. When the customer base stops growing, the problem is rarely the quality of the work. It almost always lies in one of four things: where customers come from, how often the company looks for new people, how prepared it is for conversations and what happens after them.

The result shows your company's strong point, the point that most needs attention and a 30-day plan. Two actions lead to the platform: preparing a 60-second pitch with the Pitch Generator and taking part in an online business round, where the platform organizes short meetings with companies looking for what you offer.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the diagnostic take?

About 2 minutes. There are 10 multiple-choice questions, and the result appears on screen as soon as you answer the last one.

Do I need to sign up?

To see the result on screen, no: the score, the profile and the 30-day plan appear without signing up. To receive the result by email, create a free account. With it, you can also ask for a reminder to retake the diagnostic in 30 days.

What does the score take into account?

Four dimensions of how your company wins customers: where customers come from, prospecting frequency, preparation and follow-up. Your answers as a whole define your score from 0 to 100 and one of four profiles, and the result shows where you are strong and what most needs attention.

Does the diagnostic work for any company?

It was designed for companies that sell to other companies, such as service providers, consultancies, manufacturers and distributors, especially small and midsize ones, where the owner handles sales.

Are my answers stored?

Your answers never leave your browser: the score is calculated on the page itself. For statistics, we keep only the score and the profile, with no identification. The result is linked to your account only if you ask to receive it by email.

What is a business round?

It is a session of short, scheduled meetings between companies that want to do business. At Rodada de Negócios, everything happens online, by video call, and the platform organizes the schedule and the switching of pairs. Your company's first business round is on us, with just its CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID).
